Thank you for shopping with Custom Canela Crafts. Each of our products is handcrafted with care, and we work hard to package every order securely and get it to you as quickly as possible.
PROCESSING TIMES
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Custom and personalized items are made to order and require additional production time. Estimated processing times will be provided on the individual product listing. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current order volume.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, shipping destination, and available carrier services.
We currently offer shipping through available carriers such as UPS and USPS.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates from the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Custom Canela Crafts.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, shipping box, and packaging materials.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

Because many Custom Canela Crafts products are individually handcrafted or personalized, production times may vary. We appreciate your patience while we create your piece with the attention and craftsmanship it deserves.
